- This standard applies to piezoelectric sounders, piezoelectric buzzers, electromagnetic sounders and electromagnetic buzzers used in the fields of audio and video instruments, communication terminals, personal computers, clocks and watches, household appliances, toys, office appliances and transportation vehicles. . This standard does not exclude the use of other test methods that can obtain the same results, but the test methods specified in this standard should be used as the basis for judgment.
