- This standard specifies the main technical performance, test methods, detection rules, packaging, transportation, storage requirements, etc. of the DC four-probe resistivity tester. This standard is applicable to DC four-probe testers that measure the resistivity, sheet resistance and resistance of semiconductors, metal thin layers, etc. in production and scientific research in the electronics and metallurgy industries. Other six-probe, AC and DC four-probe resistivity and sheet resistance testers can be used as a reference. This standard does not include four-probe probe standards.
