Scope

This standard specifies the classification and model naming, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of evaporative coating equipment. This standard applies to bell-type and box-type evaporative coating equipment with an ultimate pressure in the range of 3×10^(-3)Pa ~ 5×10^(-6)pa.
