This standard specifies the measurement principle, measurement procedures, test results and accuracy of aluminum components in aluminum gallium arsenide materials. This standard is applicable to the determination of the peak wavelength of light fluorescence of aluminum gallium arsenide and the corresponding mole percentage of aluminum. The applicable range of aluminum content is x=0~45%, which corresponds to the peak wavelength of aluminum gallium arsenide at room temperature (297K) λpL=871.6~613.2nm.
