This document provides guidance for the safety review and verification calculation work for non-breach working conditions of design basis accidents in nuclear power plants, in order to standardize the verification and calculation procedures for non-breaching working conditions of design basis accidents, ensure work quality, and improve work efficiency. This document can also provide reference for the nuclear and radiation safety analysis and calculation work of nuclear power plant design and operation units and nuclear energy industry practitioners.
