- Scope
- This regulation specifies the requirements for process qualification, welder examination, welding procedures, welding inspection and post-weld heat treatment for nickel-free and nickel-containing low-temperature alloy steel and austenitic stainless steel welding. This procedure is applicable to low-temperature steel welding using electrode arc welding, submerged arc welding, gas shielded welding and other methods in the construction of petrochemical engineering projects.
