- This standard specifies the file structure, data format and relevant details of each project content for the annual report of agricultural meteorological observation data from national agricultural meteorological stations. The standard data format is suitable for the collection, storage, transmission, and information processing of agricultural meteorological observation data, and realizes the standardized management and information sharing of agricultural meteorological data. The annual report of agricultural meteorological observation data includes the following five types; ——Annual report of crop growth status observation records (Agricultural Meteorology Table-1); ——Annual report of soil moisture (drying and weighing method) observation records (Agricultural Meteorology Table-2-1) ; ——Annual report of soil moisture (neutron instrument method) observation records (Agricultural Meteorology Table-2-2); ——Annual report of natural phenology observation records (Agricultural Meteorology Table-3); ——Annual report of livestock meteorological observation records (Agricultural Meteorology Table-3) -4).
