This document stipulates the terms and definitions, classification and application scope, basic requirements, technical requirements and test methods, inspection rules, transportation and quality commitments of recycled asphalt concrete. This document is applicable to the hot mix recycling of old asphalt concrete materials for all grades of highways and urban road asphalt pavements in Zhejiang Province and surrounding areas.
