- This standard specifies the size specifications, performance requirements and test methods of nylon tubes and tube assemblies for automobile air brake systems. This standard is applicable to nylon 11 pipes and pipe assemblies used in automobile air brake systems operating under the conditions of maximum working pressure 1MPa and temperature -40 ~ +100℃. Pipes and pipe assemblies of other thermoplastic materials can also be implemented by reference. This standard does not include special requirements for automotive air brake system spiral pipes.
