This document specifies the requirements that manufacturers of reducers for robots should follow in their quality process control systems. The purpose of these requirements is to reduce or prevent the occurrence of substandard reducer products, thereby achieving a quality goal of approaching zero defects for specified characteristics. This document describes the requirements starting from raw materials, through the manufacturing process and to delivery to the user.
