- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of rigid polyurethane foam (hereinafter referred to as RC/PUR) for building insulation. This standard is applicable to flat or special-shaped plate RC/PUR produced with polyol/polyisolate as the main raw material. It can also be used for RC laminated or veneered with foil, metal film or sheet, paint, paper or other materials. /PUR. This standard does not apply to thermal insulation materials for pipes and containers and silencing materials for absorbing impact sound.
