- This standard applies to paper-based materials. PVC wallpaper (hereinafter referred to as wallpaper) made of PVC plastic as the surface layer and made by calendering or coating, printing, embossing or foaming. This product is affixed to the interior wall or ceiling veneer of a building with an adhesive, and no further decoration is required after pasting.
