This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of bicycle grinding lamps (hereinafter referred to as grinding lamps). This standard applies to the grinding lamps used on general bicycles as specified in QB 1714 "Bicycle Naming and Model Preparation Methods".
