- This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of polystyrene foam packaging materials. This standard is applicable to polystyrene foam packaging materials with a closed cell structure made by heating and pre-expanding expandable polystyrene beads and then heating and molding them in a mold.
