- This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of bicycle handlebars. This standard applies to bicycle handlebars for general use specified in Article 4.2 of QB 1714 (Method for Nomenclature and Model Preparation of Bicycles). This standard does not apply to BMX, MTB, and ATB handlebars.
