Scope

This standard specifies the content, methods, conditions and equipment of weather resistance testing of automotive parts. This standard applies to automobile parts and automobile metal parts made of plastic, rubber, artificial leather, fiber, etc. This standard does not apply to wires, tires, anti-vibration rubber, air springs and other components.
