Scope

This standard specifies a method for detecting oxidized cortisone content in feed using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). This standard applies to the determination of hydrocortisone in compound feeds, concentrated feeds and additive premixed feeds. The minimum detection limit of this method is 0.05 mg/kg.
