Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and various requirements for packaging, labeling, storage and transportation of the food additive guar gum. This standard applies to the natural vegetable gum that is refined from the seeds of the tropical leguminous herbaceous plant - guar [Cyamopst ettagonoloba (L.)
