Alumina vanadium-containing alkali slag bauxite usually contains trace amounts of rare metal elements such as vanadium. Under the action of high-temperature alkali liquid, it enters the alumina solution system with aluminum, and continuously accumulates and enriches in the circulating mother liquor to reach a certain concentration. The impurity removal process extracts vanadium-containing alkali residue, and the V2O5 content can reach 10%-17%. The process uses the vanadium-containing alkali residue extracted from the alumina evaporation mother liquor as the main raw material. It undergoes dissolution and impurity removal and ammonium salt crystallization to prepare ammonium metavanadate products. The ammonium metavanadate tail liquid is comprehensively processed to produce anhydrous sodium sulfate and Ammonium salt recovery.
