- This specification is applicable to the design, manufacture, installation, operation, maintenance and transformation of full water-cooled wall and semi-water-cooled wall alkali boiler units of different specifications with alkali pulping black liquor as fuel and equal to or less than 3.82Mpa (39kgf/cm2). Simple alkali boiler unit can be implemented as a reference. The procedures, specifications, regulations, etc. cited in this specification shall be subject to the latest standards. Auxiliary equipment not covered in this specification shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations.
