Scope

This standard specifies the aluminum reagent colorimetric method for the determination of aluminum ions in water. This standard is applicable to the determination of aluminum ions in coal mine industrial water, domestic water, surface water and groundwater. When 25 mL of test water sample is taken, the concentration range of aluminum ions measured is 0.05~1.00 mg/L. Diluting water samples can expand the measurement range.
