Scope

This standard specifies the diphenylcarbohydrazide colorimetric method for the determination of total chromium in coal mine water. This standard is applicable to the determination of total chromium in coal mine water. Under the conditions specified in this standard, the range of determination of total chromium content is 0.004~1mg/L. Diluting water samples can expand the determination range.
