Scope: This regulation stipulates the terms and definitions, symbols, general principles, basic provisions, objects, methods and testing evaluation of urban road inspection technical regulations. This procedure is applicable to the inspection of existing urban road pavements, sidewalks, ancillary facilities, and drainage facilities within the jurisdiction of Chongqing Municipality. This procedure does not apply to the inspection of bridges, culverts, tunnels, supporting structures, site hazards, roadbeds, slopes and other structures on urban roads.
