- This standard specifies a method for measuring the fluorescence intensity and fluorescence intensity changes of microscopic components in pulverized coal light sheets (or lump coal light sheets) using a dry objective lens under a reflection fluorescence microphotometer. This standard is applicable to the determination of fluorescence intensity of microscopic components in bituminous coal, lignite and peat, and can also be used with reference to the determination of fluorescence intensity of dispersed organic matter in sedimentary rocks.
