- This standard specifies the basic dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of wooden laminates for textile use. This standard applies to rotary-cut veneers of birch and other tree species that meet the requirements of this standard, coated with phenolic resin glue. Wooden laminates made by hot-pressing parallel-grain blanks for manufacturing shuttle sticks and side panels.
