Scope

This standard specifies the basic technical requirements for the safety of ship transportation of fishmeal. It is applicable to the ocean-going ship transportation of Class 9 fishmeal imported into my country and United Nations No. 2216: The requirements for ocean-going ship transportation of Class 4.2 fishmeal refer to the provisions of the International Maritime Dangerous Regulations.
