- This document specifies the terms and definitions, models, dimensions and usage conditions, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, certificates, packaging, transportation, storage and quality commitments of liquid cooling radiators for wind power converters. This document is applicable to liquid-cooled radiators (hereinafter referred to as radiators) with thermal resistance between 0.01 ℃/W and 0.001 ℃/W for modularly installed wind power converters.
