Scope

This document specifies the limit requirements for free phenols in phenoxycarboxylic acid herbicides and describes its detection method. This document is applicable to the quality control of phenoxycarboxylic acid herbicide products, and can also be used as the basis for conformity assessment and management activities. Note: See Appendix A for the names and structural formulas of the main free phenols.
