- This standard specifies the models and parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, storage and transportation requirements for different rails and connecting plates. This standard applies to elevator "T" guide rails that provide guidance for the elevator car and counterweight device. This standard does not apply to elevator hollow guide rails.
