- This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of modified asphalt waterproofing membranes for roads and bridges. This standard is applicable to modified asphalt polyester tire waterproofing membranes with cement concrete as the surface layer and an asphalt concrete layer on the surface of roads and bridges. Other uses such as airport runways and parking lots can also be used as a reference.
