Scope

This specification applies to the calibration of surface roughness comparison samples. Including: various samples processed by grinding, turning, boring, milling, inserting, planing, EDM and polishing, or using them as original molds (master plates), replicating samples by electroforming process, and batch production "Surface roughness standard parts" selected from the products.
