This standard specifies the humidity requirements for specific foods in areas with designated refrigerated high-humidity functions, test index requirements before and after food is placed in the refrigerator, test material requirements, test time requirements, test procedures and sensory evaluation, etc. This standard applies to household and commercial refrigerators (including 500L and above) with the function of freezing and high-humidity preservation of poultry, livestock, animal aquatic products, meat and other foods.
