- This standard specifies the general requirements for reliability verification tests of overcurrent protection circuit breakers for household and similar purposes. This standard applies to products that comply with the provisions of GB 10963-1999, that is, overcurrent protection circuit breakers for household and similar purposes with AC 5OHz or 6OHz, rated voltage 440V (phase-to-phase) and below, and rated current 125A and below. In addition to verifying test plans and test procedures, this standard also applies to product reliability determination tests. This standard can be used as a guiding document for manufacturers to formulate reliability indicators and test methods for overcurrent circuit breakers for household and similar purposes.
