Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, storage and other general technical conditions for copper pipes and fittings used in construction. This standard applies to construction copper pipe tee joints, copper pipe reducing tee joints, copper pipe 45° elbows, copper pipe 90° elbows, copper pipe reducing joints, copper pipe casing joints, and copper pipe caps .
