- This standard specifies the type and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the XN (W) high-pressure water jet steel pipe cleaning machine. This standard applies to cleaning machines with a rated discharge pressure of 50MPa ~ 100MPa and a rated output power of 45kW ~ 110kW. This cleaning machine uses high-pressure water jet cleaning to clean the adhesive materials on the inner and outer walls of steel pipes used in mines and oil fields to achieve the purpose of cleaning steel pipes to meet the requirements for production reuse. At the same time, it can also be used to clean oil pipes and water pipes with wax deposits, crude oil stains, and sandy soil thickness less than 15mm on the inner and outer walls of oil fields.
