- This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, model and size, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and transportation of six series of point-line meshing gear reducers: DQJR, DQJS, DQJRS, DQJRD, DQJSD and DQJRSD. This standard applies to the transmission mechanisms of various mechanical equipment such as metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, light industry, and lifting and transportation. Its working conditions should meet the following requirements: a) Gear circumferential speed not greater than 16m/s; b) High-speed shaft speed Not more than 1500r/min; c) The working environment temperature is -40℃~+50℃; d) It can run in both forward and reverse directions.
