Scope

JB/T 50190-1999 This standard is a revision of ZB J41 010-89 "Gear Hob Life Test Method and Acceptance Conditions". During the revision, only editorial modifications were made in accordance with relevant regulations, and the main technical content has not changed. This standard specifies the type, size and technical requirements of hobs for life testing, test blanks, cutting fluids, test equipment, cutting specifications, hob life criteria and acceptance conditions. This standard is applicable to the life comparison test and acceptance of non-coated and non-reinforced high-speed steel gear hobs with modulus m=1~10mm in laboratories and production plants.
