Scope
This standard applies to the determination and arbitration analysis of the chemical composition of cast aluminum beryllium cobalt bronze for ship propellers. 1 The samples used for analysis shall be sampled in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB 467-82 (Electrolytic Copper). In special circumstances, sampling may be negotiated with the relevant units to produce qualified sample scraps. 2 Parallel analysis of the same sample shall not be carried out If there are less than three copies, the range value of the obtained analysis results should be within twice the listed allowable difference (i.e. within ± the allowable difference). All data are considered valid, and the arithmetic mean is taken as the final analysis result if a standard sample is used for correction. The result deviation shall not exceed the allowable difference specified in this standard. The selection of relevant numbers shall be handled in accordance with the number rounding rules in Appendix C 3 of GB 1.1-81 "General Provisions for the Preparation of Standards for Standardization Work Guidelines" for the same elements in this standard. Different analysis methods can be used for arbitration analysis. When arbitration analysis is carried out, the arbitration unit and the requesting arbitration unit may decide to use one of the methods through negotiation. 4 The purity of the reagents used in this standard is "analytical purity" unless otherwise specified. ”. 5 The reagent solutions used in this standard are all aqueous solutions unless otherwise specified. 6 The water used for reagent preparation and analysis is ion-exchange water or water of equivalent purity (distilled water is limited to water for measuring silicon content). 7 Reagent solutions involved in the standard A hydrochloric acid solution with a concentration of "1+2" refers to a mixture of 1 part hydrochloric acid (density 1.19) and 2 parts water (volume ratio). The percentage concentration refers to the number of grams of solute contained in 100 mL of solution. For example: 10. % hydroxylamine hydrochloride solution refers to 10% hydroxylamine hydrochloride dissolved in water and then diluted to 100 mL. 8 The purity of the reference material used to prepare the standard solution should be no less than 99.99% before weighing. 9. The volumetric instruments and measuring instruments used for analysis in the standard must be calibrated before use. 10. The hot water and hot solution mentioned in the standard refer to 60~70℃.
