Scope

This procedure is applicable to the design and operation of activated sludge treatment of urban sewage in cold areas of my country, where the water temperature in winter is generally 6℃~10℃ and 4℃~6℃ for a short period of time. Other types of sewage in cold areas can be treated by the activated sludge method as a reference.
