Scope

This standard specifies the infrared spectrum determination method for the structural family composition of mineral insulating oils and mineral lubricating oils with molecular weights of 290 to 500. This standard is applicable to the determination of alkane chain carbon C, aromatic carbon C and naphthenic carbon C in the structural family composition of new insulating oil, lubricating oil and operating oil.
