Scope

This standard specifies the acoustic pulse testing equipment, testing methods and testing results evaluation methods for power station heat exchanger tubes. This standard is applicable to the acoustic pulse detection of straight pipes, U-shaped pipes, bent pipes and coiled pipes with an inner diameter of 10mm to 50mm and a length of no more than 60mm. Composite or metal pipes for other uses can be implemented by reference.
