Scope

This standard specifies the technical performance, type testing and factory testing as well as marking, packaging, storage and transportation requirements for neutral point grounding resistors (hereinafter referred to as resistors) in distribution systems. This standard applies to air self-cooling metal material grounding resistors with nominal AC voltages of 50Hz, 35kV and below in power systems.
