- Scope
- This standard specifies the method for the spectrophotometric determination of phenol with 4-aminoantipyrine. This standard is applicable to the determination of volatile phenol content in groundwater. The minimum detection volume is 0.5ug. If a 250mL water sample is taken for distillation, the minimum detection concentration is 0.002mg/L. The upper limit of determination is 0.08mg/L. After water samples are distilled, most interference from external factors can be removed.
