This standard specifies the method for the determination of ammonium ions by Nessler's reagent colorimetric method. This standard is applicable to the determination of ammonium ion content in groundwater. The minimum detection volume is lug, and the optimal measurement range is 0.04~2.4mg/L. When there are interfering substances in the water, it should be distilled in advance. Generally, there are very few interfering substances in groundwater, and potassium and sodium tartrate can be added for direct color measurement.
