Scope
This standard specifies the principles, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, operating procedures and result determination for the determination of foot-and-mouth disease non-structural protein antibodies by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. This standard is applicable to the monitoring of non-structural protein antibodies of foot-and-mouth disease in the transportation of live animals, purification and quarantine in epidemic areas, and group asymptomatic infections, and to distinguish infected and immune animals.
