This document stipulates the composition of the magnetic levitation flywheel energy storage system, the technical requirements and testing requirements for the energy storage system and energy storage equipment, the technical requirements for access to the power grid, and the safety protection requirements. This document applies to energy storage systems that use magnetic levitation flywheel energy storage units as energy storage carriers in power systems, with rated power not less than 100kW and storage energy not less than 5kWh.
