Scope
This document specifies the terms and definitions, principles, instruments and equipment, samples and sample preparation, measurement process, uncertainty evaluation and report for measuring the conductivity of graphene-copper film materials by the Vanderbilt method. This document is applicable to the measurement of volume resistivity and conductivity of thin film samples made of graphene-copper composite materials. The method provided is suitable for measuring thin film or flake samples with a volume resistivity greater than 1×10-8Ω·m and an average sample thickness in the range of 0.1mm~3mm.
