- This standard stipulates the composition and responsibilities of the assessment committee; classification of grades; personnel requirements; assessment application conditions; assessment standards, procedures, and content; certificates of qualification and validity; grade assessment and re-examination. This standard applies to the technical assessment of workers operating metal plating and chemical coating processes. Those who pass the technical assessment will be issued a technical grade certificate. Those who do not obtain the certificate will be subject to the relevant provisions of HB 5355 "Metal Plating and Chemical Covering Quality Control Standards".
