This document is based on the editor-in-chief’s many years of international fast food test data and production practice experience, as well as the editor-in-chief’s data accumulation on the raising of “817” small broilers. Drawing lessons from relevant national standards and industry standards, on this basis, more detailed and higher standards have been formulated for some data. Strict standard requirements are put forward in terms of sensory; moisture; mixing uniformity; hygienic indicators; nutritional ingredients; inspection methods; inspection rules; labeling, packaging, transportation and storage; and shelf life.
