- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of single-component cylindrical retention anaerobic adhesives. This standard applies to single-component anaerobic adhesives used to assemble and hold sliding-fit parts with different clearances. The glue can be cured on all metal surfaces without adding a primer when applied at temperatures above 5°C. It can be cured on plastic, coating and glass surfaces when a primer is added.
